Respond to online client inquiries
Answer incoming client calls and respond to their questions and/or transfer them to the appropriate department or service
Offer excellent customer service
Complete clerical documents
Maintains a professional attitude at all times and always conducts business with integrity
Complies with all Company’s guidelines, policies and procedures as outlined in the Store Operations manual
Offers assistance to and builds effective working relationships with team members
Respect the store dress code
