As a Coordinator, Special Orders in our Montreal Corporate Office located in Downtown Montreal, you will get to embody our belief in the promise of a brighter tomorrow through each interaction. As such, you will get to work in a highly motivated team that values excellence, hard work and team work.
You will responsible for managing and processing special order requests for the bridal department, liaising with both vendors and Retail teams to maximize sales and customer experience. You will be client focused with excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.

Our ideal candidate has…
Bachelor or College Degree
2 years related experience in a customer service position
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Computer literate (Excel intermediate level)
Bilingual preferred French and English (spoken/written).
Essbase & Microsoft Dynamics D365 or AX2012 Knowledge (strong asset)
